EASIEST WAY to Sketch Cars Perspective In Just 2 Steps

Sketching cars is only as complicated as you make it out to be. In the video below, I’ll show you how to sketch cars in perspective using only a few lines. Once you have a couple of basic lines down, everything becomes much easier.

Instead of starting sketching details, you want to start with the big overall proportions and perspective. I call this “Cloud Sketching”

What is means is you start with a “cloud”, usually this would be an ellipse. Inside this ellipse, you start carving out your car sketch and perspective. This technique works on any type of sketching. For this video, I’m using a slightly different technique where we start with a simple baseline for the vehicle.
